ABOUT

I am a former public servant and graduate student in the Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (MAIS) Organization and Leadership program, with a research interest focused on leadership and decision-making within complex public-service and emergency-management systems. I currently serve as Executive Director of Jobs Unlimited in New Brunswick. My professional background includes senior public-sector experience and work as Executive Director within the New Brunswick Health Emergency Operations Centre during a prolonged period of sustained crisis (pandemic), an experience that continues to shape how I understand leadership, authority, and responsibility under conditions of uncertainty. Alongside my academic studies, I work as a change-management practitioner, management consultant, and executive coach, supporting leaders and organizations navigating complexity, adaptation, and ethical decision-making. Together, these roles inform a participant-observer approach to my research, linking theory with lived professional practice through reflexive inquiry.
