ABOUT

Welcome! I am a former public servant and a graduate student in the Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies Organization and Leadership program, with a research interest in how human systems adapt, learn, and exercise leadership under conditions of increasing complexity and uncertainty.

My professional background includes senior public-sector experience and work as Executive Director at the New Brunswick Health Emergency Operations Centre during a sustained crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic, an experience that continues to shape how I understand leadership, authority, organizational learning, and responsibility under conditions of extreme uncertainty.

Alongside my academic studies, I work as a change-management practitioner, management consultant, and executive coach, supporting leaders and organizations navigating complexity, adaptation, and ethical decision-making.  I also serve as Executive Director of a training and development agency, Jobs Unlimited.  Together, these roles inform a participant-observer approach to my research, linking theory with lived professional practice through reflective inquiry.
